Currently CWS Indonesia is seeking the best candidate for the following position:
Position: Assessor Coordinator
Placement: Jakarta
Closing Date: April 19, 2017
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, plan and oversee the assessment on refugees and asylum seekers, home visit, socio-economic assessment and kerentanta and best interest assessment (BIA), including an assessment in accordance with the request of UNHCR
- Coordinate schedules monthly and weekly assessment based on the tasks and priorities of UNHCR
- Develop a strategy to identify the needs of appraisal or assessment with Deputy Program Manager
- Update and maintain the list and record the approval and submission
- Oversee and lead the risk and vulnerability assessment using a tool and a heightened risk Indebtification child-friendly interview techniques
- Supervise and provide assistance to refugees in emergency (health and accommodation)
- Provide assistance on any activities and other tasks and help contact POCs to ensure activities of CWS
- Ensure assessment report with analysis and recommendation
- Provide information, data and timely reports on demand
- Ensure all program documentation and reports prepared and difile correctly and on time
- Supervise and organize all the reports of field visits
- Supervise and organize all the progress report made by the assessment team CWS program
- Overseeing and coordinating the assessment team
Qualification:
- Education bachelor degreeo in social and political science, humanities or other related fields
- 3 years experience in the same field
- Can communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability conduct needs and risk assessment for vulnerable people
- Ability operating computers, including the Internet and other software
- Able to work in a team and multiculture environment
- Experience working in an international organization
- Has the capacity and the quality of leaders
- Willing to work after hours if needed
- Fluent in English and Indonesia, could Arabic / Farsi / Urdu would be a plus
